Data processing on this website

We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide the website and respond to inquiries.

• Waiting list registration: We collect your email address to send requested product information and coordinate demo appointments.
• Contact inquiries: If you write to us, we process your name, your email address and the content of your message in order to answer your inquiry.
• Product analytics: We use PostHog to measure how visitors use our pages and to improve usability and communication.
• Spam protection: We integrate Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect our forms against automated abuse.

Legal bases

For the processing operations described above, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR:

• Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR if you give us consent, for example by submitting the waiting list form.
• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the implementation of pre-contractual measures at your request and for answering questions about our services.
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure and user-friendly website, including fraud prevention and usage statistics.

Recipients and third-country transfers

We share data with service providers that support us in operating the website. They process data on the basis of data processing agreements.

• Email delivery: We send transactional messages via Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). Transfers to the USA are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses. Further information can be found in the Resend Privacy Policy.
• Analytics: We use PostHog (PostHog Inc., USA/United Kingdom) to evaluate aggregated usage data. We have anonymized IP addresses and observe "Do Not Track". Details can be found in the PostHog Privacy Policy and the PostHog Data Processing Agreement.
• Security: Google reCAPTCHA is provided by Google Ireland Limited. This may also involve a transfer to Google LLC in the USA. Further information can be found in Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Storage duration

We delete contact inquiries as soon as processing is complete or statutory retention obligations no longer apply. Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 12 months. reCAPTCHA assessment data is stored only as long as necessary for spam protection.
